For a large organization in the central region seeking a Digital Systems Analyst:
Job Description:
End-to-end digital product management - from requirements gathering to handoff for development
Close collaboration with customers and product managers to refine requirements
Breaking down requirements into epics, user stories, estimating development costs, and writing technical specifications
Supporting development teams, managing the backlog using the SCRUM methodology
Writing requirements documents for interfaces with other systems
Responsibility for product quality - incorporating monitoring, logging, accessibility, and information security
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or prior relevant experience
Experience working with business customers and product managers on requirements analysis and development
Ability to deeply analyze complex business requirements
Experience writing functional and technical specifications for digital platforms
Experience writing technical specifications for REST API services
Understanding of data structures such as XML/JSON and relational/non-relational databases
Broad perspective, teamwork, independence, and strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
Knowledge/experience with product metrics and building dashboards
