DATA Project Manager
Job Description:
Management and leadership of end-to-end (E2E) cross-organizational DATA projects in aspects of schedule, budget, scope, risk management, and change management.
Matrix management of work teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Management of ongoing project reporting routines at the senior management level, technological manager, and project team.
Management and building of domain-specific work plans - close work with department managers, preparation for status meetings, Gantt management, monitoring task progress, creating project metrics, tracking and controlling program progress, raising flags in advance.
Analysis of task and resource allocation, report building, and performing control and interaction with department managers and team leaders in the division.
Coordination of domain-specific project management methodology.
Job Requirements:
At least two years of experience in managing E2E DATA projects - mandatory
Experience in the financial sector with emphasis on insurance domains - mandatory
Experience as a systems analyst (working with business units to understand business needs)
Familiarity with data methodology for developing analytical models
Technical experience in data development work (need to translate business needs into technical data language)
Familiarity with data technologies including data analysis languages
Experience in project management using Agile methodology
Proven ability to lead large-scale projects
Familiarity with data-based work methods and decision-making processes (familiarity with the value of data)
