Key Responsibilities:
Manage and guide the Command Center team in handling all incidents, ensuring swift resolution and establishing recovery and containment methodologies.
Oversee the divisional "Incident Management" process, including tracking and analyzing incident reports, identifying root causes, and implementing comprehensive solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting complex technological systems at Tier 2 level - mandatory
Minimum 5 years of experience with Win/Linux/Unix operating systems - mandatory
At least 2 years of experience working with SQL/MONGO databases - mandatory
Minimum 5 years of experience with communication protocols and equipment (F5/PALO) - mandatory
Background in systems analysis or project management - advantage
Familiarity with ServiceNow system
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our technological infrastructure and ensuring rapid response to critical incidents
