We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Operations Project Manager to join our team
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage operational projects from initiation through completion, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
Manage vendors and subcontractors relationships related to operational projects.
Requirements:
Industrial C management engineering or any other relevant degree.
At least two years of experience in project management with an emphasis on transfer from development to production (NPI) of products based on HW C SW.
Familiar with Full TURNKEY Method Subcontracting.
Proven experience with MS Project and in building and implementing project plans.
Familiarity with the Agile system, including part lists, reading mechanical drawings, work instructions, and various change orders (ECN / MCO / DA).
Competency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of plant manufacturing processes from the procurement stage to
storage and electronic assembly (SMT, Wave soldering etc.), and mechanical and functional testing.
